Cancellation and refund Policy
Maid 2 Order LLC Cleaning Services Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your cleaning appointment. This ensures your preferred date and time are reserved, allowing us to schedule services efficiently.
Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your cleaning appointment and guarantees service availability.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that schedules may change. Clients have 24 hours from the time of booking to reschedule their appointment without penalty. However, cancellation fees apply based on the notice given:

More than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund (excluding the $75 non-refundable deposit).

Between 48 and 72 hours before the scheduled appointment: 50% refund (excluding the deposit).

Between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: 25% refund (excluding the deposit).

Less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: No refund.
Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of cancellation without incurring additional fees. Any rescheduling requests made after this period may be subject to availability and additional charges.
No-Show Policy If a client fails to provide access to the property or is unresponsive at the scheduled time of service, it will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued for no-show appointments.
